Quick Start: New Customer

From a newly-installed unit to automatic spraying in about 10 minutes. You will need the unit powered on, your phone nearby with Bluetooth on, and your Wi-Fi network username and password (or a unit with cellular service).

1. Power on the unit. A new unit shows ** SETUP MODE ** and a 6-character code on its screen. Keep it on that screen. (If it doesn’t, see Device tab → Connectivity.)
2. Install the app. Download MosquitoMax from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Create your account. Tap Create account, verify your phone or email with the 6-digit code, then add your name, address and a password. Details in Getting Started.
4. Add your unit. Tap Add Device (or +) → Set Up New Device, pick the unit from the Bluetooth list, enter the code from its screen, then choose your Wi-Fi network (or Skip WiFi (Use Cellular)). Pairing takes up to two minutes. Details in Adding a Device.
5. Check the schedule. Open the unit and tap the calendar icon. New units spray at 12:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM every day. Change it if you like and tap Save Schedule (see Spray Schedule).
6. Check the settings. Tap the gear icon and confirm Nozzles matches your installation; your installer may have set this already (see Device Settings).
7. Try it. Tap Spray on the dashboard. You’ll see Device is spraying…, and the spray appears in Spray History.

Already have a unit set up by someone else? Instead of step 4, ask them for a share code (+ → Enter Share Code), or use the serial number and security code from the unit’s label or screen (+ → Add Existing Device).
